Carbonless notebooks: a must for professionals

So how does it work? It's very simple: the first sheet, the one you are going to write on with a biro, is coated with a colourless chemical which, under the effect of the pressure exerted by the pen, is activated and thus duplicates everything you write on the following sheet or sheets. This method is particularly suitable for documents completed by hand in several copies, such as invoices.

High quality, COPYMAGE carbonless notebooks are made up of a customisable cover in semi-rigid 180g paper and a cardboard back in 350g paper, which ensures its rigidity and increases writing comfort, while protecting the sheets. The sheets are printed on 60g paper in different colours to make them more recognisable:

Customisation options available

Standard carbonless books exist, but they are not adapted to the needs of all professionals, especially when it comes to the number of fields to be completed. Therefore, opting for a personalised carbonless notebook allows you to reinforce your visual identity while ensuring that you include exactly the categories you need.

To enable you to personalise your carbonless notebook of 25, 50 or 100 bundles, we offer you several options, notably concerning printing: you can choose colour printing, which is more upmarket, or black and white printing, which is classic and more economical. You can also choose between printing on both sides or on the front of the booklet, as well as between portrait or landscape orientation:

• In the case of landscape orientation (also known as Italian orientation), the glued square back is traditionally glued on the long side,
• In the case of portrait orientation (also known as French orientation), the glued square back is traditionally glued on the short side.

However, it is quite possible to choose to glue on the other side in both cases, depending on your needs.

You can choose between an A4 format (21 x 29.7 cm), which is large and allows you to write down a lot of information, or an A5 format (14.8 x 21 cm), which is more compact and therefore easier to store or carry. In either case, your carbonless notebook can be made up of 2, 3 or 4 sheets to best suit your needs.

We also offer aperforation option, which allows you to add two or four holes to your sheets, depending on the format you choose, making them easier to archive. Finally, you can choose to number the sheets to simplify the classification of all your order forms and delivery notes.
