The welcome booklet is an internal communication tool that allows you towelcome your new employees by providing them with several types of information.

Printing options for a welcome booklet

Format:

Here are some of the most commonly used formats for creating a welcome booklet:

A6 format (105 x 148 mm): this is a small format that will give your welcome booklet the appearance of a pocket book.
The A5 format (148 x 210 mm) is a compact format for a welcome booklet that combines a significant printing surface and ease of transport. A top edge binding will give it a notebook look.
A4 format (210 x 297 mm): this is a standard format that will give your welcome booklet a "large notebook" look that will allow you to take notes - you can also provide a few blank pages for this purpose.
The extended postcard format (100 x 210 mm): this is an original format for a welcome booklet.
The square format (150 x 150 mm or 200 x 200 mm): it allows the creation of an original and synthetic welcome booklet.
Binding:

As with the company brochure, we recommend that you opt for a stapled binding for your welcome booklet. This binding method is economical while offering a simple and elegant "magazine" look. Its complete opening "flat" allows a great reading comfort and authorizes the positioning of illustrations and texts "astride" on two pages located side by side.

However, the stapled binding places some constraints on the design of your welcome booklet: it must contain a number of pages that is a multiple of 4 and that is less than 40 pages. Beyond that, we advise you to choose :

or a spiral binding, less formal but just as practical and economical,
or a glued square back binding, very chic with its "book" look, but which requires more time for finishing.

Is the welcome booklet mandatory in the company?

All health care institutions have been legally required to have a welcome booklet since 2002. This is not the case for companies working in other sectors. Bonjour !J’ai un peu de mal à comprendre pourquoi il y a autant d’avis positifs lorsque l’on voit le comportement du personnel. Je me suis rendue dans cette imprimerie avec une demande simple : deux feuille A4 à imprimer en couleur. Mon amie et moi n’avons même pas eu le droit à un bonjour mais simplement un regard austère et complètement désintéressé du vendeur ( il était 17:00 j’imagine que la journée a été rude ). Après avoir été méprisée car je ne savais pas comment faire pour envoyer mes documents au vendeur, celui ci est parti s’assoir derrière son bureau sans un mot et j’ai attendu 5 minutes face à lui sans aucunes réactions de sa part. Il a fallut que je lui demande si il avait bien reçu mon fichier pour qu’il me dise simplement « non ».Je suis habituée au comportement parfois bien aigri des parisiens mais je crois bien que c’est la première fois que je me suis sentie si méprisée par un vendeur. J’espère sincèrement que c’était juste une mauvaise journée et que vous serez plus aimable avec vos prochains clients !Bonne continuation et bon courage surtout

Site complètement non intuitif.Des formats d’impression où on peut choisir nos options (couleurs/feuille…)l’ajouter au panier… (format A3 par exemple)D’autres formats d’impressions où on ne peut même pas ajouter au panier on ne peut rien faire a part choisir un fichier(le format A2 par exemple). Une roulette russe le truc. Il faut espérer que le format souhaité soit “disponible” pour pouvoir le commander et personnaliser.De plus impossible d’avoir un aperçu du rendu pour pouvoir ajuster l’image si besoin
