Formats, bindings and papers at your disposal

Ideal for communicating every day of the year and adorning the walls of your offices or those of your clients, the wall calendar can be personalised as much as you like: you can add images, photos, inspirational quotes or infographics containing key figures about your business.

At COPYMAGE, we then print your calendars in portrait or landscape orientation, in the format of your choice:

• The A3 format (42 x 29.7 cm) is large and practical for writing down information,
• A4 (29.7 x 21 cm), medium size,
• The A5 format (21 x 14.8 cm), small, compact and space-saving.

When ordering, you can also choose between two types of paper: 170g and 250g. Available in matt or glossy versions, both papers are semi-rigid and therefore provide an excellent hold to the calendars, which can be hung on the wall all year round thanks to the included hanging hook, without ever getting cornered or rolling.

The binding is a metal spiral binding available in black, white, red, blue or silver. This type of binding is particularly practical as it allows the wall calendar to be opened flat on a desk and hung up, leaving only the month in question visible.

Embellish the cover of your calendars

In order to further embellish and personalise your wall calendar, we offer several options for the cover, such as laminating.

This step, which consists of applying a thin layer of plastic to the cover of your calendar, allows you to obtain a more glossy appearance, thus giving a better rendering of the photos, or on the contrary, a completely matte finish, for a modern and sophisticated result.

On top of the lamination, you have the option of adding classic or 3D selective varnish. Ideal for highlighting a particular element such as the year or your company logo, selective varnishing consists of applying highlights or relief to a specific element of your visual.

Good to know: you can also vary the media by ordering advertising blotters or other stationery items that are 100% personalised with your company's colours.

Our tips for customising your calendar cover

The cover is a very important element of your wall calendar as it is what your customers will see first, so it should make them want to keep it and display it but also to discover the other pages. For this, you can opt for an attractive image that reflects the general theme of the calendar, for example.

Please note: if your wall calendar is to be used as a communication medium, it is important to make your company recognisable by using elements that are consistent with your corporate identity, such as your logo and slogan, on every page, including the cover. Don't forget to include your contact details: it would be a shame to miss out on another opportunity to make contact with your prospects or customers.
